I’ve been in marketing for years, more years than I care to admit actually, so it should be a breeze to design a blog that reflects who I am, what I do, and how I do it, right?
Wrong? Yup, wrong. Instead, I’m stuck in Kubrick Limbo using the ‘big blue’ default Wordpress template until I can do for myself, what I seem to do so effortlessly for others.
This past Saturday, January 23rd the first ever WordCamp Boston was held at the Microsoft NERD Center in Cambridge, MA. It was a full day of sessions for every level of WordPress user out there, from blogging newbies to advanced programmers.
But even more notable than the topic at hand, was the vibe. Not only was the day filled with knowledgeable speakers and equally as interesting attendees, but also in attendance was an amazing social consciousness.
So much to do, so little time. These are are the challenges of a pressed-for-time marketer with Wordpress blog maintenance issues.
